Below are our standard procedures for shipment of your personal ordered package.
Packaging
For total privacy and discretion, all our Products purchased are packaged in a discreet brown padded package and make no mention or reference to
the product nature inside ensuring you 100% confidence and utmost privacy.
Shipping
All products are sent out within 1-2 days by Royal Mail Postal Services UK with our Worldwide Service.
If you require to see where your parcel is on route, you will require a Tracked parcel which is available at extra cost of £8.90 per parcel.
This is highly recommended with all International Delivery that you choose a tracked parcel.
It does not matter how many items you have in your parcel cart, as its still the one tracking price for all.

Shipping by Royal Mail Delivery
(UK only - Delivery usually within 1 to 3 days)
International Delivery
Royal Mail International Signed / Tracked Delivery or Airsure - £8.90
(Delivery usually within 5 to 14 business days)
Please Note:
Due to customs problems in some countries, we ask you that you add tracking costs to your order for safe arrival of your parcel. We can send your order on our FREE worldwide service but at your own risk. If the package comes back returned to us we will notify you by email as it will be your responsibility then to pay for re-delivery of your order.
In the case of seizure by the customs in your country - no refund will be made.
International Tracked Orders
All International Orders are shipped via Royal Mail International or Airsure providing you with a signed delivery.
On International Orders we regularly send out, we have to mention what is inside the package so we do have to mark this down as one of the
following; "Health Products" Herbal Medicine, Beauty Product, or "Health Medicine" due to customs regulations and a speedy clearance this way for delivery to your home address.
Once Airmailed by us, International Deliveries are then made via that countries standard postal service e.g. USA (USPS), Canada (Canada Post), Germany (Deutsche Post), Italy (Post Italiane) France (La Poste) etc.
North America Orders
All orders are sent via Airmail by Royal Mail Standard Delivery and can take between 5-7 working business days for delivery. Some states do take longer than others to receive their mail. Unfortunately this is a USPS issue.
Airmail parcels entering the USA are randomly inspected by Home Security.
This can include opening the mail package. Parcels to US addresses can therefore be delayed and sometimes take up to four weeks.
We must ask US customers to be very patient - we have sent out many replacement parcels only to see the original package arrive before the replacement which was sent.
With many years past experience of sending parcels worldwide, almost NO parcels are ever actually lost.
Worldwide National and Bank Holidays may delay your shipment, although we do try our best to provide you with a speedy delivery service.
Further Note:
International packages will take longer to arrive than domestic orders as the package is travelling a further distance. Once the parcel is in your country, it will also pass through your customs office which can add time to the delivery. Customs can hold a parcel for several weeks and open up packages for inspections. Usually international packages arrive somewhere within 3 weeks but can take longer depending on the Post Office and customs clearance in your particular country. Unfortunately, there is nothing as sellers we can do to speed up the process.
Please allow sufficient time for your package to arrive. If you have chosen Tracked Delivery this can be checked upon to see where your parcel is on route
Returns
If any products are to be returned to us they must be returned within 7 working days from the date of receipt. They must be returned in the original
packaging and unused condition. Returns must be paid for by the customer and replacements will be sent out on date of receipt of return.
All Products must be returned unused in a clean, sanitised and hygienic condition, if we do not feel your return meets these standards then the item
will be returned to you and no refund will be given. As we cannot restock and resell these items due to hygiene reasons.
If we believe your returned order is of a satisfactory standard, you will be offered the choice of either a refund, replacement of item or a credit note.
Refunds are given excluding our postage and packaging costs.
We cannot reimburse you for any delivery costs you have incurred upon returning your item to us.
